What to Expect and When:

• Weeks 1 to 2. Settling in. Glucosamine and MSM need to build up before there is anything to notice.
• Weeks 3 to 6. The window where most owners see the first differences, usually in everyday movement rather than anything dramatic. Getting up from a nap. The last few stairs.
• Weeks 6 and beyond. Continued daily support. Joint supplements work cumulatively, so consistency matters more than dose size.
